A fully automated glass loading system enabling continuous production flow; full carts can be introduced to the system, with empty carts removed without any interruption to production, enabling the potential for zero downtime.

Utilise 3 or more harp carts within the robotic cell at any one time, with the added ability for continuous production.  Empty harp carts can be removed, with further loaded harp carts safely introduced to the cell, whilst the PRO:XLoad system remains in full production.

Automatically unloads individual glass panes from a system specific cart, following which the glass pane is transported and then loaded onto the inlet station of an insulated glass line.

The PRO:XLoad cell has been upgraded to accommodate up to 3 or more system specific carts at any one time.

Linear tracking system enables the PRO:XLoad Robot to access and process all carts individually.

Has the capability to automatically and repeatedly load glass pane every 20 – 25 seconds with a glass pane size of 1.0 sq.m.

Performs cross-referencing verifications against production data, eliminating the issue of mis-loading where mis-loading is only discovered further along the production line process.

Has the capability to load coated glass with no damage to the coating.

The linear tracking system has been designed to aid future investment, offering the potential option to unload from a fixed A-Frame onto the IG line, with automatic tool change.
