PRO:Lead
- A fully automated process replacing the labour-intensive application of lead bead onto glass units.
- A single robotic workstation performs the function of a single manual operator.
- Multiple workstations may be utilised within the designated area.
- The PRO:Lead individually processes the multiple glass panes arriving via an Input Stillage.
- The lead bead is applied exactly as per the required design with the minimum of wastage incurred.
- Waxed backing is automatically removed for recycling.
Once lead application on the front face of the glass pane is complete the glass pane is automatically turned over onto the reverse and the process recommences for the rear face of the glass pane.
Glass pane is automatically labelled as per the customer data supplied and automatically transferred to the Output Stillage pending further processing.
